We encourage true, sincere and friendly expression here, but we are opposed to content and conduct that is hostile, uncivilized, vulgar, fraudulent, malicious, or that infringes on the rights of others. Any and all illegal conduct is prohibited. As such, the following behaviors are forbidden on the platform:
1. Violations of laws and regulations

including but not limited to:
Publishing content that opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution.
Publishing content that endangers national security, such as any content containing or encouraging treason, secession, sedition, subversion, incitement to subvert the government, usurpation, disclosure of state secrets, etc. may not be published.
2. Creating divisions in the country and jeopardizing national unity
Content that endangers national security and damages national honor and interests etc. may not be published.
It is not permitted to publish, fabricate or distort facts, or to publish or disseminate written content or information that endangers national security, or to produce, disseminate, or publish the content of audio-visual products or other publications that endanger national security.
It is not permitted to publish content that damages or parodies national emblems.
It is not permitted to publish content that promotes racism and incites racial discrimination.
3. Disseminating violence
Content that organizes, instructs, or participates in advocating terrorism, extremism, or inciting terrorist or extremist activities may not be published.
It is not permitted to publish content that promotes terrorism, incites terrorist acts, or illegally contains items that promote terrorism, or to force others to wear clothing and symbols that promote terrorism in public places.
4. Illegal assembly and demonstrations
It is not permitted to publish or organize criminal or seditious content that violates relevant laws and regulations, endangers public safety, and/or seriously undermines social order.
5. Divulging of secrets
Content that discloses military secrets may not be published.
6. Dissemination of rumors
It is not permitted to publish content that disseminates rumors, or that falsely reports on dangerous situations, epidemics, police situations, or that intentionally disrupts public order through other means.
It is not permitted to post content regarding false explosive, toxic, radioactive, or corrosive substances or infectious disease pathogens and/or other dangerous substances that disrupt public order.
Content that threatens arson, explosions, or discloses the placement of dangerous substances to disrupt public order may not be published.
7. Human trafficking
It is not permitted to publish any content containing channels and/or methods of human trafficking, or any content that involves adoption placements involving informal channels or where the legality is unclear.
8. Buying and selling the personal information of citizens
It is not permitted to publish content that solicits, offers, teaches, or that contains the acquisition, dissemination, or sale of citizens' personal information, including through illegal technical means, violence and intimidation, paid inquiry, or impersonation of agency staff etc.
Content regarding the illegal dissemination, trading, and hacking of personal social accounts may not be published.
9. Money laundering
It is not permitted to publish content that solicits or provides any channels, tools and methods for money laundering.
10. Illegal network resources and technologies
Content that utilizes illegal technologies to infiltrate or disrupt public network services may not be published.
11. Illegal business
It is not permitted to post content on organizations that offer, recommend, or solicit illegal business, or offer or promote such illegal channels or their benefits, or to teach or instruct others to use such methods.
12. Counterfeit goods
It is not permitted to publish content that solicits, produces, offers, sells, or markets counterfeit goods, or that teaches counterfeiting skills.
