    Item Condition: Returns are accepted if children's clothing are unused and unwashed.

    We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. No worries! Simply return it within [30 days] of purchase for a full refund.

    Exchange:
    If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase but still see something you love in our collection, we're here to help! Exchange your item for free within [30 days] and find the perfect fit.

    Return shipping cost
    Return postage costs depend on the logistics provider you choose. 

    At present, we have no restrictions on the choice of logistics provider, you can choose the logistics provider according to your own needs, and refer to the cost of the logistics provider.

    If you encounter errors or issues preventing the successful submission of your return request, please contact us

    If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or non-functional item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days and provide photo proof (The photos should clearly display the issue with the item/package and show the item label with size/SKU details) to receive a full refund or exchange.

    If any items are missing from your package, please contact our customer service team for verification.

    Policy
    Initiation of a return must occur within 30 days after the package is confirmed as delivered.

    All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.

    Please make sure not to include any items that are not from Little Maven in the return package as we will not be able to return them.

    Please Note: 
    Currently, we do not support exchanges. If you wish to replace your product we recommend opting for a refund to your Little Maven wallet account, and then using the wallet to place a new order. This method will ensure a quicker refund than returning it to the original payment channel.
